Orders and payments

If you have found the product you are interested in, just click on the "Add to cart" button. This action is not binding and does not determine the order. By clicking in the window that appears on "View cart" you will access your cart and you can add other items ("Continue shopping"), empty the cart or proceed by clicking on the "Proceed to checkout" button. At this point you can log in with your credentials, if you are registered, or register on our site, filling in the forms with your data. Finally, choose the ancillary delivery services and confirm the order by clicking on the button relating to the chosen payment method.

You can choose between different payment methods. At the moment it is possible to pay by bank transfer, PayPal or debit / credit card.

Once you have registered, you will be able to access the reserved area "My orders". In this area you can view your order and the status of your order.

Shippings

The cost for shipping varies depending on the location, it is always possible to check this data both in the cart and at the checkout stage of the order through the appropriate configurator. Usually, after a certain spending threshold, it is possible to take advantage of free shipping costs. Unfortunately, this advantage cannot be applied to some special locations and smaller islands, destinations that require a fixed supplement.

The goods are shipped throughout Italy via the BRT express courier. Normally you will receive the purchased products within 2/3 working days except for some special locations. You will always be able to track your shipment via a link that will be provided to you in the shipment mail.

We provide a tracking service for the package sent by BRT express courier. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with an indication of the tracking code. The alert service is automatic and is activated if the e-mail address field is correctly filled in during the purchase or registration phase.

We recommend that you indicate a shipping address where you can be easily found. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of passage and will make a second attempt. In the event of a negative result, the goods will remain in stock in the nearest branch.

It could happen that the product is damaged during the transport phase. If you receive the product with damaged packaging, we recommend that you accept the goods subject to control, putting on the courier's systems as a reason "Goods with visibly damaged packaging". Then just contact our Customer Service, who will open a damage case for the replacement of the goods.

Refunds and returns

If you have placed an order but intend to cancel it, simply contact our Customer Service promptly. We will happily cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

If you are no longer interested in the product or the product does not meet your needs, you can take advantage of the right of withdrawal. For all related information visit the Return Policy page. To proceed with the return, all products must be returned (shipping to be paid by the buyer) within 14 days from the date of delivery intact, in their original packaging and never having been opened, to the address of our company.
